Terms and Conditions for Online Membership

1. Introduction

Welcome to Nourish Cooking Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to our online membership services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before using our Service.

2. Membership Subscription

2.1 Subscription Fees
- Membership to the Service is billed on a monthly basis. The subscription fee is $40.00 CDN per month.
- All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as provided in these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 Payment Methods
- We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card.
- You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes.

2.3 Billing Cycle
- Your subscription will be billed on a recurring, monthly basis starting from the date of your initial purchase.
- Billing cycles are monthly, and you will be automatically charged on the same date each month, or the nearest possible date if the original date does not recur in a particular month.

3. Account and Password

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period, but you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the billing period.

4.2 Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for any monthly subscriptions, except where required by law.
- If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact our customer support within 30 days of the charge.

 5. Changes to Subscription Fees and Terms

- We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. Any changes to the subscription fee will be effective at the start of the next billing cycle after the change is made.
- We will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any changes to the subscription fees by email or by posting a notice on our website.
- Your continued use of the Service after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee amount.

6. Use of the Service

- You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You must not misuse the Service, including but not limited to interfering with its normal operation or attempting to access it using a method other than through the interface and instructions provided by us.

7. Termination

- We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

 8. Limitation of Liability

- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

9. Governing Law

- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [your state/country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
- By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
